About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Information Officer to lead the Division of Technology and Innovation. The CIO will be tasked with the overall management of staff and resources, with a focus on leveraging technology to enhance service delivery, drive innovation, and reduce operating costs. This includes the daily management and maintenance of the agency's technology infrastructure, the development and implementation of major enterprise applications, and the establishment of technology policies and standards. The successful candidate will also be responsible for the agency's cyber-security efforts, ensuring the security of information systems, and developing disaster recovery plans. Applicants for the CIO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 4 years' of experience in information technology, with at least 18 months' in an administrative, managerial, or executive capacity. The role requires a candidate with a strong background in IT, including experience in network security, infrastructure, service delivery, and application development. The CIO will be expected to collaborate with agency leadership to develop and implement a strategic vision, oversee the development of IT standards, and manage the agency's technology projects and initiatives. Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to effectively plan, problem-solve, and make sound business decisions.
