What You Will Do:

Who We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 15+ years of senior HR leadership experience (preferably in the public sector industry).
- 10+ years of managerial experience.
- Expertise in labor relations, union contract negotiations, and workforce compliance.
