What You Will Do:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that drive workforce engagement and operational success.
  • Oversee talent acquisition, performance management, and leadership development.
  • Lead union contract negotiations, collective bargaining agreements, and labor relations.
  • Ensure HR compliance with federal, state, and local labor law with a transit industry framework.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
  • 15+ years of senior HR leadership experience (preferably in the public sector industry).
  • 10+ years of managerial experience.
  • Expertise in labor relations, union contract negotiations, and workforce compliance.
  • A visionary leader with a track record of driving HR transformation.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to align HR strategy with overall company goals.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
