Position: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Location: Niles MI (100% onsite)

Overview of the Chief Financial Officer role:

• Develop and oversee the company's financial strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

• Manage all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

• Provide leadership for accounting, treasury, and tax compliance functions.

• Analyze financial performance and deliver insights to drive informed decision-making.

• Collaborate with the executive team to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.

• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including banks, auditors, and regulatory agencies.

• Lead the finance team in implementing best practices and ensuring accurate financial reporting.

Preferred Qualifications for the Chief Financial Officer role:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or MBA preferred.

• Proven experience as a CFO or senior financial executive, ideally in the manufacturing industry.

• Strong knowledge of financial principles, regulatory compliance, and manufacturing cost accounting.

• Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.

• Exceptional leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

Salary: $190,000-$225,000 depending on experience
