Recruit, mentor, and lead a small, high-performing team of finance and operations - professionals.
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement strategic growth initiatives.
Maintain a culture of meticulous attention to detail, high ethical standards, and - impeccable client service.
Migration & In-House Integration
Lead the transition of all financial operations currently managed by a multi-family - office.
Establish and implement new systems, workflows, and best practices within the family - office.
