Chief Financial Officer - Engineering & Construction Services- Acquisition Growth
Our client is a well-established provider of utility and infrastructure construction and engineering services to the power, telecommunications, gas and other markets across the United States and is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to partner strategically with their executive team to move the company to the next level.
You will be helping drive an ambitious acquisitive growth strategy with a focus on driving operational efficiency and building out process/capturing synergies. Mandate will include building and managing a "lean and mean", high performance team with responsibility for the finance, accounting, and administrative functions. This is a true "roll up your sleeves" environment with a focus on upgrading KPI reporting and visibility into all areas of the business, with an emphasis on advanced analytics and data-driven decision making.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience leading the finance and accounting functions with a growth-focused engineering and construction services business along with a strong strategic, analytical and operational mindset. Experience in driving M&A growth strategies is an asset and ideally you will exemplify a "player/coach" management style and bring pragmatic operational savvy to the business.
