Job DetailsPosition Overview: The Chief Financial Officer will be responsible for overseeing the financial and accounting operations of our organization. This includes managing risk, development and oversight of financial plan, budgeting, and reporting.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all financial operations of the company.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Develop and monitor financial policies and procedures.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.
- Monitor financial performance and make recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies for long-term financial stability.
- Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Manage and oversee banking and investments.
- Negotiate contracts and secure financing.
- Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures.
- Advise senior management on financial planning and strategy.
- Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and other financial institutions.
- Liaise with legal and tax advisors to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ Years of experience in financial or accounting leadership
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Understanding of Financial Reporting
- Proven track record of process improvement and staff management
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or CPA
- Non-Profit Experience / Behavioral Health Experience
