Yorkshire Causeway Schools Trust is seeking to appoint an exceptional Chief Financial and Operations Officer (CFOO) to join our executive leadership team. The successful candidate will maintain the financial stability of the Trust, lead the development of operationals strategies and promote a positive culture aligned with the Trust's values. With extensive senior leadership experience in finance and operations you will drive operational effectiveness to ensure the Trust's resources support the delivery of our educational and strategic priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Trust's business, financial and operational functions.
- Provide strategic direction on financial planning and resource management.
- Ensure compliance with financial and sector regulatory and governance frameworks.
- Work closely with the CEO and Trustees to drive the Trust's strategic vision.
- Deputise for the CEO.

If you have a proven track record as a highly skilled finance and business leader with an acute commercial acumen and experience in senior operational and financial management, this is a fantastic opportunity to join our Trust and to lead the next exciting phase in its development. You must have a proven ability to lead and manage complex operations, as well as a strong understanding of financial compliance, governance and risk management within the education sector or a similar environment. Importantly, you must have excellent leadership and communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
