The Chief Fiduciary Officer strategically ensures that the organization is well positioned through industry leadership, and actively cultivates external contacts and sources new business opportunities. Active engagement with executive management, market leaders, and managing directors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or Accounting
Education:
- 8-10 years experience in Wealth Management areas of Asset Management, Investment and Insurance Brokerage, and Trust.
- Analytic and decisive decision maker with the ability to prioritize and communicate to staff key objectives and tactics necessary to achieve organizational goals.
- Strong interpersonal skills and organizational management experience with the ability to coach senior-level staff to manage and develop high-performance teams andimplement program strategies.
- Deep experience in budgeting.
- Comprehensive knowledge of finance regulations and operations is required.
- Demonstrated success in hiring, training, and growing a team.
