Chief Executive Officer (CEO) - Vancouver, WA

Must-Haves:

1. Behavioral Health leadership experience.
2. Inpatient psychiatric leadership experience.
3. Bachelor's degree in a clinical, financial or business related field.

Nice-To-Haves:

1. Prior inpatient behavioral health and psych CEO experience.
2. Master's degree in a clinical, financial or business related field.

The Chief Executive Officer is accountable for implementing and directing all facility operations while coordinating internal and external business development strategies. This position interfaces closely with the medical staff and administration to achieve the hospital's goals and objectives.

Position Details:

1. Demonstrate a high level of market acumen, build in-market relationships, and actively build a physician network.
2. High degree of detail orientation, clearly articulate hospital performance and areas of focus for improvement.
3. Recruit and develop high-performing team leaders.
4. Collaborate with medical staff on maintaining a high level of service and quality care.
5. Express ideas effectively, in individual, public, and group situations.
6. Role model competence, enthusiasm, and commitment to quality that is desired from all hospital staff.

Qualifications:

1. Degree in a clinical, financial or business related field, Master's Degree preferred.

Prior Hospital Leadership Experience Required:

Prefer Behavioral health experience.
