PSYCHIATRIC HOSPITAL CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER - DeSoto, Texas
Signature Healthcare is seeking an experienced, enthusiastic leader to assume the CEO position at our facility located in the Dallas, Texas area. The right candidate must be ready to build and model a great company culture, provide inspired leadership to the Executive team and effectively communicate and empower staff to the vision for the facility. This hospital provides inpatient and outpatient psychiatric and substance abuse disorders treatment to all age groups
The CEO will lead all hospital operations insuring alignment of staff, physicians and community stakeholders. Functional responsibilities include: positive working relationships with physicians and employees, while delivering best practice, evidenced base care and building programs to meet the community needs.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proven history of executive management experience in the behavioral healthcare field. They should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills that allow them to feel comfortable managing every aspect of the hospital. As an excellent communicator, we will look to the CEO to build strong alliances and partnerships with other related organizations. Overall, the CEO must maintain a laser-strength execution focus with a patient-centric philosophy of care.
Compensation
A competitive compensation program will be offered. Base salary will be supplemented by a performance-based bonus and a comprehensive benefit program.
Education/Certifications
A Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Social Work, Psychology or Nursing is preferred.
Required Background Experience
Minimum of 5-10 years of progressive psychiatric hospital administration experience in a culturally diverse, competitive urban environment.
