We need a visionary proactive leader with the passion and skills to drive early-stage growth, secure funding, and execute on GTM strategies.
Must-Have Experience & Skills:
- Ability to raise capital (venture funding, enterprise partnerships, grants, or alternative financing).
- Experience in B2B SaaS-go-to-market execution, product-market fit, and scaling.
- Enterprise Sales Expertise-experience selling into large organizations with understanding of complex enterprise sales cycles.
- Operational leadership-execution mindset, capable of making data-driven decisions at speed.
- Entrepreneurial drive-comfortable with ambiguity, risk, and high-growth environments.
Your Role & Responsibilities
As the CEO of LeadershipSmarts Technologies Inc., you will:
- Lead fundraising efforts-secure venture funding, strategic partnerships, and enterprise pilot deals.
- Drive GTM strategy & growth execution-refine LeadershipSmarts Technologies Inc.'s positioning, sales strategy, and customer acquisition plan.
- Build a high-performance team-attract top-tier talent in product development, operations, sales, marketing, customer and channel support.
- Be the external face of LeadershipSmarts Technologies Inc.-represent us at investor meetings, industry conferences, and strategic events.
