Concord Hospitality is seeking a strategic and results-driven Chief Development Officer (CDO) to lead our growth through new hotel development and third-party acquisition opportunities. This executive-level role is instrumental in shaping our expansion strategy and for fostering relationships with key stakeholders and property owners. You will work with an experienced leadership team that is committed to innovation and excellence, and have the opportunity to shape the future of a respected hospitality brand.
Key Responsibilities:
• Source and secure new hotel development projects and third-party acquisition opportunities.
• Lead all aspects of deal structuring, including underwriting, financial modeling, and feasibility analysis.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel owners, developers, investors, and key industry partners.
• Deliver complex and compelling development proposals to senior leadership and investment partners.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with legal, finance, design, and operations teams to ensure alignment on project execution.
• Provide strategic and visionary leadership to the development team.
Qualifications:
• 10+ years of experience in hotel development, acquisitions, or related real estate roles.
• Extensive knowledge of hotel operations, real estate, and the hospitality investment landscape.
• Demonstrated success in identifying and closing hotel development and third-party management deals.
• Proven ability to structure, negotiate, and close complex hospitality transactions.
• Deep expertise in underwriting, financial feasibility studies, and market analysis.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
• Executive-level leadership experience with a growth-focused mindset.
• Outstanding relationship management and communication skills with proven success in owner and investor relations.

Pay Range: $293,000 - $366,000
