About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Design Officer to lead the user experience design vision and strategy for its portfolio of data management and GenAI products. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving a customer-obsessed design culture, leading a global team of designers, researchers, and architects, and ensuring the delivery of elegant and impactful design solutions. This role requires a visionary leader with a deep passion for customer-centric design, a strong background in design thinking methodologies, and experience in fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. The Chief Design Officer will also be instrumental in maintaining a cohesive brand identity and enhancing the end-to-end customer journey across all touchpoints. Candidates for the Chief Design Officer position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' UX experience, with a proven track record of leading and building high-performing design teams. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline is essential. The role demands a leader who is detail-oriented, yet capable of managing strategic initiatives, and who is adept at refining and enhancing the customer experience.
