About the Role The Company is seeking a Chief Data and Analytics Officer (CDAO) to spearhead the establishment of a new global organization dedicated to data and analytics. The CDAO will have a dual mission: to drive data-driven decision-making across the company and to lead the internal AI program. This executive will be responsible for strategic planning, engaging with top-level executives to define AI-enabled business outcomes, and defining a robust architecture for data management and AI initiatives. The role also involves overseeing the delivery of AI solutions, ensuring their alignment with business goals, and maintaining a strong focus on ethical standards. Key responsibilities for the CDAO include building and managing a global team of data and AI professionals, staying abreast of the latest in data science and AI, and applying innovative technologies to solve complex business problems. The ideal candidate will have a Master's or PhD in a relevant field, with a minimum of 10 years' of management experience and 5 years' of executive leadership in applied technology. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in driving the adoption of new technologies and leading transformation initiatives. They must have excellent communication skills, the ability to influence and inspire stakeholders, and a strong background in AI, data management, and analytics solutions. The role requires a leader who can ensure the continuous enhancement of current data and analytics capabilities and who is adept at managing multiple programs with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
