Applicants for the CCO position at the company should have a minimum of 7 years' experience in compliance-related business functions, with at least 2 years specializing in regulatory compliance within the cryptocurrency industry. The role demands a proven track record in managing compliance teams, developing internal controls, and driving regulatory strategy. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills are essential, as is the ability to work closely with executive leadership to align compliance strategy with business objectives.
