About the Role We are looking for a dynamic Chief Commercial Executive to lead our transformation and scaling efforts. The ideal candidate will develop and implement our go-to-market strategy, creating a detailed commercial playbook characterized by strong systems, processes, and key performance indicators (KPIs). A vital part of this role is to foster cultural integration and maximize post-merger synergies through a strategic framework.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and implement systems and tools that enhance data integrity, analysis, and revenue reporting.
- Drive initiatives that honor our company's legacy while propelling us towards future growth.
- Work closely with the management team to create value and facilitate the scale of the business.
The successful candidate will be a passionate leader with solid experience in sales, marketing, and e-commerce. While experience in private equity is advantageous, we require strong integration expertise, particularly in mergers and acquisitions (M&A). Candidates should possess a proven track record, ideally with 20-35 years of experience, having served as a top commercial leader in organizations generating $500 million to $2 billion in revenue, or as a number two in a larger enterprise.
