Summary:This role involves leading the management and optimization of Kubernetes and cloud environments, ensuring adherence to security compliance, particularly within government sector standards, and acting as a company representative. The engineer will focus on secure and efficient deployments, automation, and problem resolution.
Responsibilities: - Manage and monitor Kubernetes clusters, implementing best practices for configuration and security.
- Oversee cloud resources in compliance with security regulations and automate deployments using IaC tools.
- Collaborate on security measures, conduct assessments, and troubleshoot issues in cloud and Kubernetes environments.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field; or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in Kubernetes administration and cloud management, preferably in regulated environments.
- Proficiency in Kubernetes, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and scripting/automation tools.
