About the Role The Company is seeking a Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) to oversee its day-to-day administrative operations. The CAO will be responsible for a wide range of functions, including human resources, accounting, payroll, labor-management relations, and legal and regulatory compliance. This role involves ensuring the efficiency of daily administrative processes, contributing to strategic planning, managing the organization's HR and financial operations, and developing and implementing organizational policies. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years' of related work experience and be familiar with managing staff in a collectively-bargained environment, as well as with lobbying and campaign finance disclosure and compliance.The successful candidate for the CAO position at the company will have a proven track record in complex data analysis, forecasting, and proactive leadership. Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to translate complex information into clear messages are essential. The CAO will also be involved in negotiating and managing various contracts, ensuring fiscal success, and overseeing compliance with personnel and benefit-related provisions. A high level of discretion, the ability to work with diverse teams, and a commitment to the values of the organization are key characteristics for the role.
