Job Summary Stone Chevrolet Buick GMC is looking for an Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing team. The right candidate will be ambitious, have excellent interpersonal skills, and have the ability to meet and exceed goals. Day-to-day tasks will include developing client relationships and providing service solutions that best meet our customer's needs in a face paced environment.

Responsibilities - Nurture enriching relationships to build a clientele for life
- Exhibit consultative selling skills. Assist customers in selecting their vehicle services by asking questions and consulting them on what they need
- Know the in's and the out's of our service offerings and optional service packages.
- Perform high-quality multi-point vehicle inspections with the customer
- Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
- Communicate with our technicians and assign jobs as necessary
- Report directly to the Service Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, and reviews
- Bring your 'A game' along with a positive attitude to work with you every single day
Qualifications - Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred
- Ready to waste no time on learning our service processes and be eager to improve
- Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
- Clean driving record and valid driver's license
- Must pass drug screen and background check
