We re looking for a hands-on Chef/Kitchen Manager to run the newly refurbished café in Bristol an exciting venue with a unique setting and a consistent, daytime-only schedule.
The Offer:
- Salary up to £35,000 depending on experience
- Full-time, permanent role with structured day shifts
- Weekend availability needed but no late nights

The Role:
You ll lead the kitchen operation day-to-day menu delivery, prep, service, and managing the small team around you. It s fresh, simple food done well from soups and sandwiches to more creative dishes and sweet bakes, with plenty of input into seasonal ideas.
What You ll Need:
- Solid kitchen experience ideally in a café or casual dining setting
- Confident managing a team and overseeing smooth daily service
- Knowledge of food safety, cost control, and stock management
- Calm under pressure, organised, and genuinely proud of what you put on the plate
- Must be available weekends and bank holidays no evenings
