About the Role
This position is for a private chef in Half Moon Bay for the summer. The chef will be responsible for preparing meals for a pescatarian client and his kids, as well as hosting dinner parties and engaging with visitors at the ranch.
Responsibilities
- Prepare fresh and healthy meals with an emphasis on easy preparation.
- Engage with the client in the kitchen, maintaining a light and easy-going atmosphere.
- Host dinner parties and ensure hospitality for visitors.
- Focus on health consciousness, except for Tuesday nights, which are designated for taco nights.
Qualifications
- Must have references from estates or Michelin restaurants.
Required Skills
- Experience in preparing pescatarian meals.
- Strong hospitality skills.
- Ability to engage with clients and guests in a friendly manner.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with meal preparation for families.
- Knowledge of healthy cooking techniques.
Pay range and compensation package
Salary is totally negotiable.
