Job Opportunity: Chef de Partie at The Chancery Rosewood

The Chancery Rosewood, opening in Summer 2025 as part of the Rosewood Hotel Group, is housed in the iconic former U.S. Embassy on Grosvenor Square, reimagined by British architect Sir David Chipperfield. The hotel will feature 144 spacious suites designed by Joseph Dirand, along with various dining and entertainment spaces that serve as a platform for progressive ideas, voices, and expression.

We are seeking an exceptional Chef de Partie to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the kitchen operation in our Asian fine dining restaurant, a spectacular venue within the hotel. The restaurant will serve a variety of large and small Asian dishes to an exceptional standard, in an iconic environment with impeccable service. The successful candidate will uphold the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service, creating memorable experiences for our guests. You will also play a key role in coaching and developing a team of culinary professionals, promoting teamwork and fostering collaboration with kindness and respect. This role is due to start in June 2025.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure all preparation, cooking, and plating of dishes are completed to the highest standard, supporting and motivating the team to exceed expectations.
  2. Maintain and monitor clean and organized sections, ensuring adherence to all HACCP standards.
  3. Follow recipes and technical sheets accurately, and stay informed about menu allergens and their contents.
  4. Take pride and ownership of the entire kitchen operation, providing guidance and support to peers, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.
  5. Support Rosewood Impacts by promoting sustainable practices and circular hospitality.
