Chef De Cuisine

We are looking for one Chef to join our culinary team at One by Spork. We currently run a 16 seat service with an eight course tasting menu, four nights per week. The team works a fifth day catching up on prep and R&D. Weekly hours are about 45-50, starting at 1:00 PM.
