Chartered Quantity Surveyor

One of our growing multi-disciplinary Property Consultancies is actively recruiting a Chartered Quantity Surveyor to be based in London.

THE COMPANY

My client have a great reputation in the market and are working on some of London's highest profile developments. Individual projects range across the property sector working on high profile Residential developments, Commercial, Health and more. Values can range up to over £50 million.

THE POSITION

They are actively looking to recruit individuals at Intermediate/ Senior Quantity Surveyor level to get involved in taking full responsibility of projects from inception to completion. The successful Quantity Surveyor will be given the opportunity to take full client ownership and work on projects across a range of sectors.

THE CANDIDATE

The successful Chartered Quantity Surveyor must:

• Ideally have a degree in Quantity Surveying

• Be a full member of the RICS

• Have at least 3 years experience working as a Quantity Surveyor ideally on the Consultancy / PQS side

• Have experience of managing projects up to the value of £5 million
