Main Role Responsibilities:

1. Delivering and managing excellent client service to maintain high levels of client satisfaction
2. Updating and delivering databases and reports to clients within agreed deadlines, including coordination with wider CIRCANA teams
3. Performing quality control checks to ensure high quality and accuracy of client deliverables
4. Building strong relationships with clients through regular engagement via email and meetings, serving as their initial point of contact for queries
5. Expanding product and industry knowledge to support colleagues and enhance client service
6. Networking and collaborating with other CIRCANA teams to foster client-focused relationships
7. Contributing to internal client solution review meetings

Training

Training will be held one day a week every Friday at Ealing Campus. You will work four days a week at Circana, either in the office, on-site with clients, or remotely.
