Qualifications: Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) required one month from hire date Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) six months from hire date Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) six months from hire date
Licenses: Must have Valid Kentucky RN License OR compact state
