Charge Nurse RN Registered Nurse

We are seeking a full-time Charge Nurse RN for night shifts to oversee nursing operations and staff on a designated unit.

•  Ensure compliance with policies, supervise CNAs, and assist with resident record management.

•  Qualifications include prior staff management experience, independence, teamwork skills, and computer proficiency. An active RN license in Maryland is required.

•  Long-term care experience is preferred but not mandatory.
