Responsibilities include:
Providing outstanding patient care per standards and guidelines. Documenting changes in patient conditions. Following procedures for charting and narcotic counting. Making rounds with physicians as needed. Qualifications: Current LVN/LPN license, BLS/CPR certification, nursing management experience preferred.
