• Provides comprehensive, evidence-based nursing care in an acute care setting, ensuring safe, compassionate, and coordinated patient-centered care across the lifespan.
• Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates patient care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
• Advocates for patients' rights, promotes a learning environment, and aligns practice with safety and quality standards.
• Requires RN licensure in the state of practice, BLS certification, and preferably a BSN.
• At least one year of RN experience or completion of an NLRN residency program required; unit-specific certifications may apply.
