Shift: Day

Working Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00a - 5:00p On-call afterhours as assigned Occasional weekend day shifts as needed

Summary:
Provides spiritual care in a manner that exemplifies the Baptist Health mission, vision, and values while implementing the Pastoral Care Department's mission on behalf of patients, families, and staff.

Other information:

Master of Divinity degree or its equivalent from an accredited seminary; Four units of Clinical Pastoral Education required. Supports Baptist teachings and beliefs, while being an active member in a local Arkansas church; Two years ministry experience preferred.

This job will be authorized 80.00 hours bi-weekly.
