Channel Partner Marketing Manager Location: Hybrid or home-based in the US.
We are looking for an experienced and strategic
Channel Partner Marketing Manager to drive marketing initiatives with our key channel partners. This role is responsible for developing and executing co-marketing programs, strengthening partner relationships, and aligning marketing efforts to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in partner marketing, demand generation, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute a comprehensive Channel Partner Marketing strategy to drive review growth, expand market share, and achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product marketing, and corporate marketing) to ensure alignment with overall business and marketing strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key Channel Partners, understanding their needs and business drivers.
- Work collaboratively with the Channel Management team to create and implement targeted marketing campaigns that support partner enablement, engagement, and business development.
- Collaborate with the Channel Management team on marketing development funds and ensure ROI through strategic allocation as it relates to Go-To-Market campaigns.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, market insights, and partner activities.
- Serve as the primary contact for Bentley's white label program working closely with Channel Enablement and Partner Support to ensure onboarding documentation and training materials are up to date. Coordinate with Partner Support and Digital Business Enablement teams to resolve technical issues and ensure proper functionality is achieved through the White Label program
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive insights, and best practices in partner marketing.
- Analyze partner feedback to continuously refine and improve marketing efforts
Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, or B2B marketing roles.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent relationship-building and cross-cultural communication skills to engage and influence partners.
- Experience with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools.
- International experience in partner marketing or channel marketing is preferred.
- Proven ability to drive demand generation and lead conversion through partner channels.
- Ability to work cross-functionally across an organization to achieve goals and objectives.
- This position requires minimal travel.
- Requires sitting or standing at will while performing work on a computer (or any other physical requirements ).
