About the Role

The Channel Marketing Manager is responsible for executing projects that support the overall strategic marketing plan and brand strategy, driving sales and profitability in alignment with the company's growth objectives. This role works cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution of departmental programs, products, policies, and services in collaboration with the eCommerce sales force, customers, and end users.


Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute selling strategies based on brand/series, including pricing and omni-channel programs.
  • Assist in product development, sales forecasts, and marketing communication materials for launches.
  • Create and implement Commercial Marketing Launch Plans, coordinating official kickoff meetings with eCommerce teams and other departments.
  • Develop marketing communication tools to enhance brand awareness and support sales initiatives at national, regional, and local levels.
  • Evaluate and establish customer programs and pricing structures.
  • Identify and manage product SKUs, serving as the lead in onboarding processes for retailer websites.
  • Design and implement channel-specific purchase promotions and support channel needs.
  • Lead sales and marketing strategy development and execution in collaboration with leadership.
  • Conduct market research to assess competition and identify opportunities for differentiation.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3+ years of industry-related experience.

Competencies:

  • Strong project management and strategic planning skills.
  • Knowledge of eCommerce or retail channel segments (bath and kitchen industry preferred).
  • Advanced planning and analytical abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Microsoft Outlook; SmartSheet and PowerBI knowledge is a plus.
  • Demonstrated selling skills with strong written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to travel overnight (minimum 10%), including Canada.

  • VP Sales/Sales Directors-Planning and executing business objectives.
  • Internal teams including marketing, product development, R&D, operations, finance, demand planning, and logistics.
  • Online merchants and brand advocates at key retail accounts.
