Key Responsibilities: - Train partners on effective sales and implementation strategies using Odoo software.
- Coach partners to optimize their sales processes and overall performance.
- Encourage ongoing skill development and knowledge sharing among partners.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with strategic partners for long-term success.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding partnerships.
- Collaborate with partners to customize implementation packages for clients.
- Negotiate software requirements and agreements to align with partner and customer needs.
- Streamline cross-functional processes to boost operational efficiency.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among partners, internal teams, and customers.
- Spot opportunities for process optimization and automation.
- Work closely with executives to understand customer needs and promote Odoo software as a competitive asset.
- Contribute to the development of customer-focused strategies.
Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent education and experience.
- Strong enthusiasm for software products.
- 1-2 years of sales experience is essential.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills are a must.
Preferred Qualifications: - Familiarity with ERP systems.
- Experience working in a SaaS environment.
- Immediate availability is a plus.
- Proficiency in additional languages, such as Spanish or French, is desirable.

The estimated annual compensation for this role is
$70,000-$90,000 OTE (on-target earnings), with a base salary range of $50,000-$70,000. Please note that actual salaries may vary based on various factors such as education, experience, and location.
