Location: Littleton, Colorado

Structure: 6-month Contract to Hire

Pay: $43-$47/HR

Responsibilities

• Be proactive in the Change Management Maintenance arena including decision making during approvals

• Understand and develop Moratoriums for the wireless network, for work stoppages and freezes within the network.

• Assist in development and approval of ServiceNow and CMDB.

• Help formulate and establish robust change management process

• Help assist and develop scalable, scheduling, entry and approval process for change management system using tools ServiceNow, JIRA

• Track and Report performance metrics for the change management ecosystem

• Establish Change success and failure criteria, failure root cause, failure notification and incident follow-up

• Set up dashboard for easy access and reporting for NOC as part day to day troubleshooting tracking change requests

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in electrical/computer engineering preferred or 5 or more years of professional experience as a NOC engineer or Change engineer in a large enterprise NOC

• Possess Configuration Management (CMDB) knowledge

• 5+ years of experience in a Network Operations Center with a focus on change management

• 2-5+ years of experience working within the Wireless industry (3GPP)

• In depth understanding of the NOC Operating Model

• FCAPS or ITIL - ServiceNow experience a plus
