Join our team as a Change Management Analyst, where you will lead and support transformative organizational change initiatives. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams and clients to ensure successful adoption of changes across various environments. Responsibilities
•  Collaborate with project and operational teams to assess and identify change management needs.
•  Coordinate activities such as impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, and training to facilitate change execution.
•  Engage with internal teams and external clients to ensure alignment and gather feedback on change initiatives.
•  Support teams and clients through change by developing structured change management plans.
•  Create documentation including change strategies, communication materials, and training plans.
•  Monitor change progress and provide updates to leadership and project sponsors. Skills
•  Extensive experience in change management, organizational development, or project coordination.
•  Proficiency in change management methodologies such as Prosci, ADKAR, or Kotter.
•  Strong ability to manage stakeholder relationships across multiple teams.
•  Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills. Preferred Skills
•  Experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
•  Ability to develop tools and materials to support change initiatives.
