We are looking for: Smart people with a passion for technology Ability to solve challenging technical business problems Self-directed professionals Hunger to continually learn and grow Responsibilities: Support the implementation, operation, and continuous process improvement of a governance structure that organizes, formalizes, and regulates changes to the IT architecture Provide input and recommendations in support of the Governance operational model through identification of roles, responsibilities and charters for leadership councils that enable IT capability decisions Provide business analysis support for a structured Configuration Control Board (CCB) hierarchy Support the staffing of governance processes artifacts that enable the review and approval of service requests for non-routine services and changes to networks Host and participate in working groups, IPTs, and meetings to coordinate activities as part of the overarching Governance Model Draft recommended policies, procedures and schedules pertaining to the execution of the Governance process Perform business analysis planning and monitoring to define the approach, activities, and processes required to complete a thorough assessment of requests submitted for CCB approval Perform stakeholder analysis to ensure customers and internal personnel are included in activities and remain informed according to their individual data needs Perform requirements elicitation tasks to obtain and clearly document stakeholder requirements/ document requirements using various techniques including, but not limited to: Requirements Traceability Matrix, Operational Views, Systems Views, Logical Models, and similar DoD Architecture Framework (DoDAF) artifacts Perform business analysis services to align requirements to business needs, identify capability gaps, and define an approach to determine an appropriate solution to these requirements Perform analysis of alternatives for various solutions identified in support of a requirement and define the business case for each alternative Assess organizational readiness and define transition requirements in order to implement approved alternatives Develop service requests, service agreements, project plans, and similar items to enable the transition of requests from the CCB to the activities responsible for implementation Develop, maintain, and store in an organized fashion all business analysis artifacts associated with CCB actions Assist in the development, implementation and hosting of subordinate IT Governance Boards for various enterprise services Input and update status information into Government approved tracking tools in a timely manner Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a related field Eight (8) years of prior experience in a similar role Strong communication and organizational skills IAT or IAM Level I certification Active Security Clearance IPTA is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
