Pride Health is seeking Sterile Processing Tech for a 13-week contract in Jacksonville, FL 32224. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic hospital setting while delivering high-quality patient care.


Position Details:

  • Job Title: Sterile Processing Technician
  • Location: Jacksonville, FL 32224
  • Start Date: 04/09/2025
  • Contract Length: 13 weeks
  • Shift: Nights (11pm - 7am) 5x8s
  • Pay: $30.5/hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure proper maintenance of all surgical instrument sets and equipment.
  • Track lost and broken instrumentation and maintain digital records in SPM software.
  • Perform weekly missing instrument audit reports and address discrepancies.
  • Follow established procedures outlined in the department manual.
  • Support department activities and function as a team member to optimize instrument processing.
  • Act as a patient advocate and assist in the care of surgical patients by supporting the operating room team.

Education:

  • High school graduate or GED

Experience:

  • 3 years of experience as a Sterile Processing Technician

Certifications & Licenses:

  • CRCST

Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.
