This position is 100% remote. Candidates within driving distance of Houston preferred but not required Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Certified ServiceNow Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in ServiceNow platform implementations, configurations, and customizations, with a strong background in ITSM, ITOM, and other core ServiceNow modules. As a Certified ServiceNow Architect, you will play a crucial role in leading ServiceNow implementations, designing and architecting solutions, and providing technical leadership on key projects.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and oversee the implementation, configuration, and customization of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, EAM, SecOps, GRC, IRM, and ITAM.
- Design and implement custom ServiceNow applications, tables, Glide scripting, business rules, and client scripts.
- Act as the technical lead for multiple ServiceNow implementations, ensuring successful project delivery within federal agencies and other sectors.
- Manage and administer ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB) to ensure accurate tracking and management of IT assets and configurations.
- Develop and implement integrations with other platforms and systems, including web services, jQuery, Java, CMDB, and asset management integrations.
- Provide guidance and leadership in ServiceNow solution design, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow configurations and integrations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver scalable, efficient, and effective ServiceNow solutions.
- Mentor and provide technical direction to other team members as needed.
- Stay updated on ServiceNow platform updates and new features, ensuring continuous improvement of our ServiceNow ecosystem.
Payrate: OPEN (Depending on the experience) - Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
- Minimum 5-8 years' experience performing ITSM and/or ITOM, configuring and customization within ServiceNow tables, glide, scripting, business rules, client scripts, custom apps
- 3+ years of demonstrated experience with HRSD, EAM, SecOps, GRC, IRM, and ITAM modules, and associated applications/capabilities
- Demonstrated experience as technical lead in more than 3 ServiceNow implementations, at least 2 which were in federal agencies
- Experience with ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB) administration
- Demonstrated hands on experience with ServiceNow platform and associated modules
- Experience with implementing web services in ServiceNow, jQuery, Java, CMDB and/or asset integrations in ServiceNow
- Knowledge of SOAP and REST web services
