Schedule: Nights / Days Shift (Rotating Weekends) Full-Time
Nights Compensation: Up to $20K Sign-On Bonus + Competitive Pay + Shift Differentials

CRT: $24.63 - $34.48 per hour
RRT: $27.09 - $37.92 per hour
Shift Differentials: $4.50 per hour (nights) $3.00 per hour (weekends)

Key Responsibilities
Provide direct respiratory care to patients in an acute care setting, following physician orders and best practices.
Operate and manage mechanical ventilators for both short- and long-term respiratory support.
Perform diagnostic respiratory procedures, such as arterial blood gas (ABG) analysis and pulmonary function testing.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized respiratory therapy plans.
Monitor patient progress, document treatments accurately, and ensure compliance with hospital policies.

Qualifications & Requirements
Florida State License (CRT/RRT) - (Required)
Graduate of an AMA-Approved Respiratory Therapy Program (Associate's Degree Required, Bachelor's Preferred)
Current BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification - AHA Approved
ACLS, PALS, and NRP Certifications (Required within 6 months of hire)
Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills

Experienced in critical care, emergency response, or pulmonary rehabilitation
Skilled in ventilator management, oxygen therapy, and arterial blood gas analysis
