Clinical Role:

•   ASAP - Ongoing Need
•   Looking for 2 CRNAs, one to start ASAP and the second to start on 9/15 for the immediate coverage, we need 3, 12-hour, or 4, 10-hour shifts per week
•   Case mix includes, ENT, general surgery, GI Endoscopy, GYN, podiatry, OB, orthopedics, podiatry, (healthy) pediatric cases, robotic procedures, urology and vascular (no CT or Neuro)
•   Medically supervised, care team model
•   CRNAs support 7 ORs in the main Surgery department; 4 ORs at the adjacent Surgi-Center; 2 GI treatment rooms; 1 bronchoscopy room, and 1 Cath lab
•   The team also provides OB coverage, but locums aren't usually assigned to OB
•   Board Certified Required
•   Active WA License
•   Compact License Accepted
•   ACLS Required
•   Trauma Level III
•   EMR: Epic
