Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist

Highlights of this locum opportunity:

• 4 anesthesiologists and 7 CRNA s make up this team

• Coverage is provided at Hospital (90 bed facility with 4 OR s, an endo suite and an OB suite).

• The anesthesiologists do a combination of supervision and running their own room

• The CRNA must be comfortable placing their own labor epidurals. Primarily 8's but will take 10 hr shifts- guaranteed hours for confirmed shift; no OT over 40 hours- OT is after the shift- so if 10 hr shift confirmed OT is after 10hr for that scheduled shift. Ideally would like CRNA's open to taking weekday call= 1 or 2 nights a week and weekend call- this practice will give Locum Post call day off and paid if the CRNA takes a lot of call the night prior.

Types of cases: Ortho, peds (not complicated), ENT, rate trauma/transport. Occasional pacemaker. No cardiac, no neuro, no vascular. Well established ortho practice in town, so plenty of regional anesthesia. Epidurals for deliveries.

Reimbursement:

• $230.00/hour with an 8 hour daily minimum Monday-Friday open to 10's too.

• OT and call backs paid at $250.00/hr. OT is rounded to the nearest 15 minutes.

• Week night call: To carry the beeper M-F for first call it is $400. Any call backs will be at $250.00/hr with 2 hour mins for each call back.

• Weekend call: $1800.00/24 hours. This includes 2 hours of actual call backs. Any call backs after the first 2 hours worked will be reimbursed at $250.00/hour with a 2 hour min for each call back.

• You will receive $35.00/day for a daily meal per diem when on assignment

• Lodging reimbursed- either at approved hotel or stipend with approval
Full expenses reimbursed- mileage, flight, rental car with receipts.

• Daily travel from the hotel to the hospital is not reimbursable.

• When you are on assignment with GQR/ Recruiting Resources, our agency will provide malpractice insurance. Limits will meet State and facility requirements
