Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist

I am currently working with Forsyth Medical Center in Winston-Salem, NC and they are seeking some temporary CRNA locum coverage over the next several months. Forsyth Medical Center is part of one of the largest healthcare systems in North Carolina, and provides emergency, medical, surgical, rehabilitation, and behavioral health services to the greater Winston-Salem area. CRNA:

• Need coverage starting ASAP - ongoing

• Need at least 3 weeks per month

• Minimum length for assignment: 1 week

• Shift times: 8/10/12 hour shifts available M-F

• Average of 4-8 cases per shift

• Skills required: General Anesthesia, Ortho, GI, Neuro, OB, vascular, plastics and some ENT
- OB is highly preferred

• Must have extensive knowledge of current anesthetic agents, techniques, drugs and equipment

• EMR: EPIC

• Novant uses a Pyxis Medication Dispenser system

• Hourly Rate: $210/hr w/ opportunity of overtime (same hourly rate)
