Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist

I am working with New Hanover Regional Medical Center in Wilmington, NC and they are looking for some temporary CRNA coverage over the next several months. I wanted to touch base with you to see if you might have any availability to help out. 800 bed facility
Level 2 Trauma Center

This facility is looking for full- time, ongoing coverage
This facility has a need that is ASAP ongoing
They have a need for at least three weeks per month of coverage
Shift times: 9a-9p, 11a-11p, 3p-7a, 3p-11p, 7p-7a M-F
9a-9p and 11a-11p are their main focus
The facility would have some weekend shift requirements
The candidates must be willing to work at all Ortho location as well
The facility will consider multiple scheduling options for candidates
They do prefer the candidates integrate themselves into their self scheduling model
Average of 3-7 cases per shift
Mostly general anesthesia and Neuro
Spinal Anesthesia highly preferred
Candidates must be willing to work OB
They facility does a lot of Neuro cases, but would not require the candidates to do head cases
No open heart requirements
The facility has 88 CRNAs Network wide and once they are fully staffed they will have 96 CRNAs
They have 30 Anesthesiologists
The CRNAs are Medically Supervised by the Anesthesiologists
Support Staff for nights: 3 CRNAs in house on nights and a Peds CRNA and Heart CRNA on call. There is one in house MD.
Typically the facility will allow 2 OR rooms at night with one CRNA available for OB emergencies and traumas. When not working they have call rooms they can sleep in.
EMR: EPIC
60-90 days to privilege
$210 per hour with a 8-12 hour guarantee
