• Must be willing to work nights, weekends, and take call

• Clinical Details

• Inpatient setting with an average of 5 patients per shift
• 4 operating rooms
• Must be comfortable practicing independently and performing peripheral nerve blocks.

• Requirements

• Must be board certified by the NBCRNA with at least one year of experience
• ACLS and BLS certifications (AHA or American Red Cross)
• Active license in AZ
• Must not be within 60 miles of facility
• Case logs of blocks performed (training for blocks will not be provided)

• Call

• Beeper call type with a 1:5 call ratio
• Call response time required: 30 minutes
• For assigned patients
• Call back %: 5
• Phone consults: 1
• Patients seen: 1

• Support Staff

• 20 RNs, 5 PAs/NPs

• EMR
