Typical Cases: Total knees; Total hips; Breast reductions; Community type urology procedures ; Vascular procedures like fem pop bypass; Gen procedures lap chole , appendectomy , hernia repairs; Spine surgeries laminectomies (multi- level); ENT Thyroidectomy; GI colonoscopy , EGD, ERCP

CRNAs are medically directed. We work in a care team model with a concurrency ranging between 1:2.5 1:3 . Anesthesiologists should be called for induction , emergence, and for any other significant hemodynamic changes to patient. We also sometimes have physicians working hands on by themselves or with SRNAs ( without CRNA) . No AAs in our practice model, not licensed in PA.
