Our practice operates under a loose medical direction model (1:4), offering CRNAs greater autonomy while maintaining a collaborative environment.
You'll be hospital-employed, working as part of a team of 22 full-time CRNAs and 10 PRN CRNAs, alongside anesthesiologists who are not hospital employees.
What to Expect
Daily Coverage: 16 locations, managing 50-70 cases/day (including endoscopy)
Facilities:
- 12 primary ORs
- 2 endoscopy suites
- C-section, EP, MRI, and Radiology services
Case Mix: A little bit of everything (except neuro and hearts) - General Surgery
- OB/GYN
- GI
- Vascular
- Ortho/Spine
- Urology
- Pediatric Dental
- ENT (including Pediatric ENT)
- Plastics
- EP/Cardiology
- Bariatric Surgery
- Robotic Cases
Call & Scheduling
Labor Epidural Coverage: 24/7 split between in-house general call and OB CRNA call
On-Call Schedule:
- OB & General Call rotations (varies by location)
- 2nd call team is fully staffed but extra shifts are available
- Optional 3 PM 7 AM call shifts
- 14-16 first-case starts per day
- Weekend rotation: Every 6 weeks
- Extra compensation for 2nd call
Compensation & Perks
Base Salary: $205K for new grads (increases with experience)
Call Compensation:
- General Call: $18K
- OB Call: $28K
- 2nd Call: $13K + additional pay per callback
Extra Income Available: Overtime (OT) and bonus shifts
