  • Description: Must live 50 miles or more from Abbott Northwestern to be considered. MN is not a compact state Skills checklist required at time of submission. MINIMUM 2 weeks per month and MINIMUM 36 hours per weekNew Provider Pay Rate 240/hr eligible for 10 increase after 6 monthsPrevious Affiliation AT Abbott? - Start at 250/hrSpecialty: CRNA Start Date: 9/15/2025Paid Orientation: 2 Days RequiredContract Length: OngoingCoverage Needed: Full Time Preferred. Minimum of two weeks per month Required.
    • 12hr Beeper Call available on some Saturdays - not required
    • 8hr Weeknight Call
    • Would like to review providers who are interested in the occasional overnight shift - weeknight and/or weekends. Not required. Shift Details: 8 and 16 hour shifts available. Schedule: 6:30-3pm 6:30-5pm 6:30-7pm 6:30-8pm Work Details: Support staff: Care Team Model 4:1 24hr Anesthesia Aid Dept. to turn rooms over bring supplies etc. Amount of coverage needed per month: FTE Patient population/age: 12 Department description: Tertiary facility EMR: Epic Special procedures: Specialized care CRNA do not perform any blocks a-lines epidurals or spinals. Practice Setting:
    • Hospital - Tertiary facility Requirements: Licensed Registered Nurse - MN Board of Nursing required Registered Nurse Anesthetist - MN Board of Nursing required ACLS/BLS Tier 2-Advanced Cardiac Life Support - Multisource required upon hire Minimum experience required: 1 year Credentialing Timeframe: 90-120 Days
    • OT: 1.5x normal rate
