Schedule: full-time coverage, Monday-Friday day shifts; open to 8-hour, 10-hour, or 12-hour shifts.
Locums typically do not take call.
Average surgical cases per day: 30-50 cases.
OR staff: SAA, surgeon, CRNA.
Number of operating rooms: 22.
Procedures required: General surgical cases (adult) and IV regional anesthesia.
Certifications: NBCRNA, MI license or IMLC, BLS, ACLS
Credentialing: 90-120 days
