- Practice Setting (Pain Management Clinic/Surgical Center/Hospital Based): Main OR Endoscopy
- Procedures Required: General Surgical Cases ADULT, General Surgical Cases PEDIATRIC, IV Regional Anesthesia, Spinal Anesthesia, Epidural Anesthesia, Regional Anesthesia, Obstetrical Cases, Neurosurgical Cases
