Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) Opportunity in Lima, Ohio

Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct anesthesia for a variety of surgical procedures within the hospital setting.
- Collaborate with a team of 8 CRNAs and 1 MD to manage an average of 20-30 surgical cases per day.
- Flexibly adjust work hours, typically from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with potential for 8 or 10-hour shifts based on operational needs.
- Perform independent pre-ops, inductions, and emergences, as well as nerve blocks.
- Engage in a robust block program supported by trained RNs and technicians.
- Administer anesthesia for adult and select pediatric cases, excluding neonatal surgeries, bariatric procedures, and transplants.
- Utilize Meditech and Spectrum Anesthesia EMR for efficient workflow management.
Qualifications:
- Active Board Certification from AANA (to be obtained by start date).
- Current Ohio nursing license or willingness to obtain.
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required by start date.
- 3 years or more of employment experience as a CRNA preferred.
- New graduates are encouraged to apply.
